About Company / Brand

AMIGRA was founded in 2012 and is based in Honselersdijk, in the heart of the Westland region. This is the location of our greenhouses that we use to ensure a frost-free environment for growing our ornamental grasses and outdoor ferns.

It goes without saying that sustainability is of paramount importance to us. We cultivate our plants using a minimal amount of energy and make almost exclusive use of organic crop protection agents. We follow market developments relating to biobased pots and trays, the applicability of recycled materials, and demand for peat-free potting soil. Needless to say, we have also been awarded various certificates in several areas, such as ‘On our way to planet proof’, MPS GAP, and MPS SQ.

Four core values form the pillars of the company.

Whether in relation to our cultivation practices or the way we deal with customers, these core values are reflected in everything we do.
