BHOWCO works with a limited number of trade fair consultants, export advisors, industry associations, and chambers of commerce who guide international exhibitors before, during, and after their participation in German trade fairs.

If you already advise exhibitors on which fairs to attend, how to prepare, or how to manage their presence afterward, the Partner Network gives you a structured way to extend that advice — and to be compensated when it leads to a long-term engagement.

Who This Is For

The Partner Network is designed for professionals and organizations already working with international exhibitors, including:

  • Trade fair consultants and exhibition planning agencies
  • Export promotion agencies, chambers of commerce, and trade associations
  • Freelance B2B and export advisors with an established client base
  • Industry-specific consultants who regularly recommend trade fair strategy to their clients

This program is not open to general referral or coupon sites. Every application is reviewed individually before approval.

How It Works

  1. Apply. Submit the short application below. Tell us about your work, your clients, and how you currently support exhibitors.
  2. Review. We review each application personally. We may follow up with questions before approving a partnership.
  3. Onboarding. Approved partners receive a private referral link, partner materials, and a short briefing on how BHOWCO fits into an exhibitor’s post-fair strategy.
  4. Ongoing collaboration. When a referral results in a confirmed subscription, the partnership terms — outlined during onboarding — apply. Partners are expected to clearly disclose the commercial relationship wherever referral links are shared, in line with standard advertising disclosure practice.
